I have two XenPlanet VPS accounts, one 192 meg and another 256 meg account.
Their support is very swift and helpful - I wanted to change my OS a couple of weeks after signing up and they happily reinstalled very promptly and for no extra charge.
They also, at my request, made an image of my first account and used it to create my second account, saving me the hassle of having to reinstall everything from scratch.
I give them only a 7 as I have no experience with any other VPS provider to compare them against.
However, I am very happy with XenPlanet's service and would recommend them.
