Hosting is terrible, Rails apps shutdown randomly with no notifications. Support is even worse, they will happily ignore your support tickets and emails and there is no way to phone them. Do not use these people!

These people recently changed the way they host ruby on rails. They moved machines and changed technologies (fcgi to mongrel). Unfortunately, the warning email they swear they sent me never arrived and I was left with a rightly irate customer wondering why their website was down for over 3 days. Unfortunately, their support people are brusque and treat you like everything's your fault. Even when they realise they're mistake they're hardly humbled by the experience. If you're looking for a host, keep looking.
